2. Product Information and Pricing
Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our clothing as accurately as possible. However, the actual color you see depends on your device screen settings; we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices include applicable provincial sales tax (GST/SRB/PRA) unless stated otherwise.
Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Hawa reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
3. Orders and Payments
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation. This does not signify our acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to verify details or stock availability before shipping.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Refusal: For COD orders, we reserve the right to verify the customer via a phone call. If the customer is unreachable, the order may be canceled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Timeline: Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–7 working days. During sale periods or holidays, delays may occur.
Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Inspection: Customers are advised not to accept a parcel if the flyer or seal is tampered with or broken.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any purchase shall be the amount paid by you for the specific product.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
