Delivery Information

At Hawa, we strive to deliver your favorite outfits to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with Pakistan’s leading courier services (including TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx) to ensure nationwide coverage.

1. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on your location. Please note that orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays/Holidays will be processed the next working day.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of PKR 250 on all orders across Pakistan.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. (Optional: For international inquiries, please contact us on info@hawa.com.pk

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Verification: For your first order or high-value orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you for confirmation. Unverified orders may be canceled.

  • Payment: Please have the exact amount ready for the rider.

  • Open-Parcel Policy: As per courier company regulations in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment.
